Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped in a beautiful handmade pouch bag produced by Sew x Dignity, a transformational enterprise operated by NGO – Dignity for Children Foundation, https://dignityforchildren.org . If you wish to send the jewelry as a gift, please feel free to email the message on the note, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Free international shipping for purchase above USD 250 (RM 1,000)

1. The delivery time is usually one to two weeks for major cities but it varies according to your country. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs.

2. We handle and ship your orders as fast as we can. Most in-stock pieces are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. Some credit card payments may require some time to clear through the bank, therefore we will only post your item once we receive the payment in our bank account. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
3. As soon as your transaction is approved by our payment gateway system, we will proceed with your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. Please allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
4. Please note that international packages may be subject to your local duties and taxes. Lumeri Jewelry is not responsible for any additional charges. Please check your local customs website for more information.
5. Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, country by country, and service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Lumeri Jewelry, such as interruptions of transportation systems or shipping companies, your bank, or credit card.
6. Lumeri Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local Aramex, DHL, FedEx, TNT immediately for a record of non-delivered packages. We will do our best to assist in tracking down its location from our side and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Return &
Exchange Policy
All sales are final, with the following exceptions.

Repair or replacement may be issued for any product which is found to be defective, within the first 14 days of the product being received.

Lumeri Jewelry does not accept exchanges except for rings when a customer requests another size in the same design.
​
Please note that these conditions must be met to qualify for the refund:

1. Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
​
2. Items must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund or a ring size exchange. Any item returned after the stated time period will be refused.
​
3. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty.
​
4. We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
​
5. Items must be returned in their original Lumeri Jewelry packaging, undamaged, unworn and properly secured and undamaged. Therefore, please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked shipping service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.

6. All refunds will be deducted by USD 25 for handling fees.
​
7. Lumeri Jewelry cannot refund PayPal fees, delivery costs, or any international tax or duties paid.
8. Lumeri Jewelry does not offer free returns for ring-size exchanges. A postage fee of USD 30 will be charged prior to sending.
