Warranty
All sales are final, with the following exceptions.
We warrant our products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement may be issued for any product which is found to be defective, within the first 14 days of the product being received.
If customers prefer a refund and refuse repair or replacement, we have the right to impose a 20 – 30% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item returned. No refunds or credit will be granted after 21 days from purchase.

Lumeri Jewelry is handmade, and some “beauty spots”, only add a unique character to your piece.
Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use are not considered a fault.
Lumeri Jewelry is delicate and should be handled carefully as explained in our product care section.
